On some of the corners or where there was a seam the gutters were leaking. I checked the repairs after they had finished and the work looked good to me. All but one stayed dry during our recent heavy rains and the one with a slow leak Jose came out and repaired for me two days after I called. The additional work was completed under the warranty and at no additional charge. Last summer they also installed a screen on a section of gutter underneath a large tree and the screen helps keep leaves and debris out. The screen is an additional charge to the repair but it was needed so I agreed to the purchase. I would recommend this business for anyone needing gutters cleaned or repaired. read less

After he came over and evaluated the eco system flourishing in my gutters he recommended new gutter guards which actually included the cleaning service, so I went for it. It was installed the very next day! I'm sure it was no easy feat as I had some flooding in my house this past rainy season and attribute some of that to the neglected state of my gutters. He even cleaned up my roof for me! I wasn't able to be there due to work schedule conflicts, but Bobby was very accommodating, listened to my concerns, and handled everything professionally. He kept me updated on progress and even accepted final payment over the phone. I appreciated his patient responses to all my questions and what if scenarios. I had a particularly troublesome downspout that took a number of visits to clear. I have found in the past once a service provider is paid it can be a nightmare to get them back out to fix a problem. The downspout in question was ~30 feet long and had a piece of wood lodged in the middle of it. I also had some roof repair being done. Within days of my call, Bobby identified the problems, recommended solutions and completed the job. One issue was the downspout - it was an eyesore. I wasn't able to clean off the black residue. Bobby sanded the downspout and painted it. Looks great!!! He corrected the issues that caused it and also repaired/cleaned other areas of the gutter system.
